Katelyn Buckner, FNP-C, was born and raised in East Tennessee and has a deep passion for helping patients restore mobility and live pain-free lives. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University in 2014 and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Katelyn began her healthcare career as a registered nurse at Holston Valley Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center, where she gained valuable experience in neurology, orthopedics, and trauma care. Her strong interest in orthopedics led her to earn her Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC), further strengthening her expertise in musculoskeletal care.

After transitioning into her role as a nurse practitioner at Integrated Medical Practices, Katelyn worked alongside chiropractors, focusing on homeopathic and natural approaches to treating orthopedic injuries. During this time, she developed a growing passion for regenerative medicine and advanced orthopedic treatments.

To further expand her expertise, Katelyn attended Injection University in Colorado, where she received advanced training in ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections. Today, she specializes in joint injections and regenerative medicine therapies, helping a wide range of patients improve function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.

Outside of her professional life, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Charlton, their daughter Tatum, their son Axel, and their dog, Jax. After living in Knoxville for nearly eight years, their family recently returned home to the Tri-Cities, where they enjoy time with family, friends, and exploring the lakes and mountains of beautiful East Tennessee.
